whirlpool AWM 8143
The corrugated water hose between the detergent box and the outer tub bacame detached during a wash – I suspect because of overloading causing excessive shaking during the spin cycle. Lots of water everywhere. Now the display unit is blank and the machine does not operate.
Is there a fuse of some sort in the machine?ps all the previous posts on this machine (where I changed the bearings) seem to have disppeared

He will be made to wear an Aussie shirt for the next few weeks as a punishment.
Machine doesn’t sound good, no internal fuses as such, possibly done major damage to electrics. 🙁
A good drying out with a hairdryer and visible examination for any signs of burnt out components etc.
