The drum on this appliance will only turn in one direction. When it should be reversing, it just stops and waits until it starts to go in the the first direction again. On the earlier models, there used to be a PCB fitted just behind the console panel, which housed the reversing relay. On this one, it is all on the main PCB, and it is pre configured! When the PCB was replaced,the fault was still there? Any ideas please? Cheers. Steve.
