The unit will not spray water through the two lower jets, but will do so through the flexible wand/hose. I have stripped the unit down, to check for blockages in the pipework, heater and jets. All clear, so renewed the pump which I felt may be weak. However, no change. Wondering if it is the switch/valve in the handle at fault, but would appreciate any feedback re: other known causes. If it is dislodged and fully down, that can cause your problem. This appears to be fine, and valve resistance suggests correct operation. Heater, pipework and jets all look to be in very good condition. I did clean the above last week. Wonder if their is an air lock, which is very difficult to ascertain, plus hose water delivery only sporadic too.
