Bosch f/f kan58a40/50 replacement board

Hi all,just wondering has anyone out there replaced the board on the above with the new replacement and changed wiring layout.The new kit I received tells me to pay particular attention to colour codes like with like etc when soldering the new connections on for replacement board.The problem I have is that I think that my line in is black and the corrisponding wire on the new modified connection is browne and black to pot and if I put like colour with like colour I’m afraid I’l damage the new board.Can anyone help please.Thanks for reading,regards crockett.
