    Fixing a samsung washing machine wf7604naw at the moment, the door lock was burnt and the loom was melted replaced all but now “de” error code is coming up. How do i clear this? P.s. The machine locked, pumped out and filled up a little but then the de error came up. Ideas on how to fix much appreciated

    DE = Door lock error.
    Door interlock; catch, wiring, main PCB – in that order………….. 🙁

    Hi

    If the door interlock has burnt out then the main PCB MUST be changed..This is a known problem and should be covered by samsung as it has a technical bulletin for it.
