    hi, customer says it tripped electrics while not in use. The rapid wash light (not flashing) is on and I can’t reset machine. Thin blue wires insulation is damaged exposing wire but wire is still intact (the harness protective cover is broken) I think it’s from the ntc and goes to pcb. The wire does not show any signs of shorting though. Traweled through posts but no joy. Any help appreciated. 8545 000 15810

    i once accidentally shorted out the ntc wires on one of these (i know, i forgot to turn it off). It blew the module in a big way, i mean toast. so get it out and have a look. probably expensive.
