    Can anybody help please at this dryer wont start checked the on/off switch the start switch all okay was thinking maybe door lock but on the circuit diagram is a box switch i cannot semm to find does anybody know where it is and do they cause any problems cheers JJ

    Which 7103 is it? TC7103, SN7103, EKE7103, ZWH7103 ?? PNC number would help, have you tried the diagnostics & what error code is it showing up?

    Sorry its a TC7103S no pnc no as the label has been ripped off.

    Box switch is the safety switch on the condenser box, if the keys don’t make it it won’t allow you to start.
