hoover oven hpo858x

this oven has been reported as the clock going backwards and other crazy things also coming up with error code 1,(according to error codes this is a communication error) ive been to it twice now and its worked ok both times, there is three pcbs in this oven, all linked by ribbons, ive checked all the connections so im guessing its one of the pcbs??
im thinking about passing this to hoover as im bound to get the wrong pcb.

any advice welcome,
