Hello, was wondering if any of you good folk could point me in the right direction. A few months ago the dishwasher would give off a single loud bang when it was nearing the end of the cycle. This bang is so loud that the dog would go and hide. If we were watching TV at that moment, it would cause a loss of picture for a micro second. But the machine would operate the next day. But 2 nights ago, the bang was so intense, that it blew the 13 amp fuse in the plug. Changed the fuse tonight and it is running as I type. Waiting for the bang in a couple of hours. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you need one of THESE
Also check your house insurance, if you a daft enough to keep running a machine that makes loud bangs and blows fuses you might find you will not be covered in the event of more serious consequences. :rolls:

Thank you for getting back to me. I shall try one of those suppressors and see if that does the trick. BTW, there was no bang last night. Thanks again. Nice to know that there are people like you willing to help those that know nothing of how these things work. 8)
