How do I reset a Miele W2104 washing machine to its factory settings? The operating manual does not explain this. It explains extra water settings and similar things. The washing is not spinning water out effectively on some settings but does on most. Surely there is a config for this.

Unless Seamy or one of the guys that work on Miele see this and happen to know the only place you would get that info from is from Miele themselves. Miele will probably kindly offer to not give you that info but send one of their engineers to sort it for you, at a cost.
A lot of the Miele machines you do need special software, interface and their laptop from what I can gather to do this sort of thing though.
