My Bru dishwasher ,model number EJ 0701 E is filling and pumping out at the same time. Any ideas as to the answer please.

Sounds like you have a leak in to the base of the machine, which has activated the anti flood switch..so basically the pump runs constantly to pump water away…
Switch off water supply.. Let machine then pump out all remaining water, wait till pump switches off, then it’s towels down while you look underneath machine for cause of the leak
