    hi all,got a call to above d/w tomorrow.customer reports water is boiling on every program.has anyone come across this fault with these,any replies appreciated.

    Sounds like a faulty NTC, to me

    am i right in thinking the ntc is part of the pcb and runs down inside the door

    On the slimline version of this (the sdw60) it’s located near the tab dispenser on the inner door.. So it should be the same place on its big brother..

    you may be lucky if it has unclipped from the door
    but it does come with the module!
