Hi, The above fridge freezer died on me, 2 people have advised that the control panel is the problem and needs a new PCB module. Is this easily replaced, I have opened the panel and seen the board but not sure what the requirements are to change it, is it simply out with the old and slot new one in or is there some programming /card also needed? thanks

by the looks of it it is a programmed panel and it all depends on whether the eprom is removable to swop to the new one if not then its not an easy job
2 questions
1 how old is the fridge ?
2 does it show any signs of life or is it just dead. if it is alive how does the fault show itself ie what does it do ?Dave
