CDA CW494 constant flashing

Customer complaint of rinse light showing after programme finishes with start light flashing constantly, but programe and wash results are fine.
Apparently it started this on one occasion when the machine had been finished for around half an hour.

PCB???? Any ideas??

The flashing light is a fault code, how many times does it flash before repeating itself? There will be a pause once the sequence ends and it begins again.

If you can tell me the number of flashes then u can give you the fault being reported and you can go from there.

The clue is in CONSTANTLY flashing, I have a book with fault codes in it innit!!!! 😉

Then you will know its not a fault code and you need to start testing components until you diagnose the problem.

I will provide no further assistance so Good luck with it.

Sorry Jackal, didn’t mean to offend. I will keep my sense of humour to myself in the future, not try and engage in banter and only post seriously ;-). Thanks for your advice in the past it has always been well received.
