Samsung RS20CCSV

Hi All

I haven’t seen the appliance yet but the customer says that the fridge and freezer temperatures on the display seem to change rather quickly, e.g. the freezer will go from -19 to 3 (or the opposite way) within half an hour without the doors being opened at all – the food still feels very frozen though, a similar thing is happening with the fridge section.

Does anyone know what this is likely to be as I don’t often work on these, also are there any modifications that will need doing like on the RS21?

Also any service information would be appreciated.
