have listed this before, have descaled iron now…If I fill the tank manually the iron works fine, there’s plenty of steam.. but it appears its not taking in the water from the water tank.
I assume it may be the pump, although I can here a noise like a pump running when first turned on !!
I don’t know much about these irons so I don’t want to buy parts on guess work.

They can block in the hose from the pump to the tank, particularly the entry into the tank.
