hotpoint ffa47x evap ice balling

hi guys , just checking the system on this found no faults with an auto test or a manual test , i did find that the thermal fuse has continuity on one pair of wires in it but not the other is this correct ? it has 4 wires 2 blue 2 brown , 2 brown have resistance 2 blue do not cheers k
