Sorry no model number as I have’nt been to see it yet. Customer says a symbol of a water tap with a line through it is showing – no fill obviously – they had to turn main water supply off because of a leak in kitchen – is there any reset procedure for getting the d/washer to fill again, or is it just turn water off – disconnect & reconnect fill hose.

It depends on the make/model of your dishwasher – some Bosch appliances are not Bosch..
Bosch models usually have a reset facility (usually two buttons depressed simultaniously) and you should be able to get that from a user manual that you can download from the Bosch website.
