since we cant access the site any more, is there anywhere we can get diagrams of parts?
The electrolux site is very poor.

Trade site for Electrolux group spares including exploded diagrams, service info and more can be found on Procorner here you will need to open a trade account for access, contact details Tel : 01325 302464, Fax : 01325 302525.
Connect Distribution have some Electrolux group diagrams available on the Mediator function if it helps.
