    Hi,
I just had a call from a customer with a Siemens Integrated dishwasher SE64A630GB/44 and they are saying that the machine doesnt get hot enough. It doesnt matter which programme they are using, it doesnt seem to get very hot.
I’m going to have a look at it tomorrow and check out the usual, not enough water going in (blocked sump to fill system hose) etc, but in all years, i’ve never had to change an NTC or stat on these. If it wasnt heating at all I would assume its the module.
Has anybody had this fault and its been a stat.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Nick

It’s either a duff heater or burnt relay terminal on control board. NTC’s never if ever an issue in my experience.

Thanks for your help martin. I doubt it’s a dry heater relay or heater. I forgot to mention the programme does finish. It gets to the end, it’s just that the customers is saying its not very hot at the end and the pots haven’t washed very well. From experience with a dry joint it just washes forever, same with a duff heater. I’m pretty sure it will be a faulty module but I was just wondering if anybody has ever had any problems with an NTC on these machines. It’s the only alternative I have to it being a module.
    Cheers

No NTC issues so forget that line. Just get in there and check it out first hand is my advice. 🙂
