Seems to be a rash of BSH dishwasher problems ATM. 🙂
Switch on and the drain pump is running constantly, flooded base thinks I, but no, base bone dry. 🙁
Float micro switch and pressure chamber micro switch both fine, everything else in the base looks OK.When you switch it on the End,Normal 65° and Rinse Aid/Salt lights are on, That’s 1 + 3 of the programme lights. In less than a second lights 2 + 4 also come on, no matter how long you hold in the two reset buttons it will not reset.
Anything else apart from a duff PCB likely to cause this?

Tough call Jim but one thing I’m sure of is that the PCB is duff for starters. Other issues can lurk within. 🙁
