    Howdy all,

I have one of these that i can’t get to fill, the aquastop gets no power.
When i tried it occasionally it seemed to try and fill by barely pulsing on and off a couple of times, but it has since stopped doing even that.
Did all the usual, cleaned transfer tube, float and water matrix, pump is a little noisy but is working.
I thought a pump with dodgy readings might cause a problem but it’s draining and the m/c has an electro/mechanical timer so i ruled that out.
Aquastop shows about 1.9 kohms, is that ok? or does it even matter given that it doesn’t seem to be getting any power.
Wiring is good and even borrowed a timer off my supplier and stuck it in but no change.
    I’m running out of ideas.
Is there anything else that can cause it to not fill?
    Thanks much.
    Dave

It is the pump that’s causing the effect, replace it and all will be well. 🙂
