    Mice have eaten the drain hose. I have purchased an official replacement hose. I have moved the captive rear clip so the hose is now free going into the machine.

    Could you please advise how to remove the Hose? I have read that I should remove the front kick plate but I cannot work out how to do that even!!

    Any help gratefully received, thank in advance.

    Remove the top (lid) and then the left hand side panel to access drain hose coupling.

    Absolutely spot on, thank you so much. It was quite hard removing the old pipe from the rubber coupling. To refit it I had to use a smear of vaseline. I am testing now so fingers crossed.
