My two year old Amica is not spinning fast. Clothes coming out wet.
I was told by an engineer that it was the pcb ( there was a smell indicating that it had burnt out ). I changed this but still not fast spin. I have checked all the advice and can’t find anything else wrong. It is draining ok, is not overloaded and is not unbalanced. The motor brushes are not worn down but are sparking when the motor spins very slow but hardly at all when it gets going.
I am now at a loss.
Any help would be appreciated.
Chris
There’s only really the PCB and the motor that would affect that, the brushes of course being a part of the motor and the logical place to start looking, which you have.
