    Serial – 237761102

    The cust complains that all the salt is being used up within 1 wash, it has had a new softener unit & regen valve but still no change, I could not see a constant supply to the valve but I only watched the first 10 mins of the cycle.
    I am thinking it must be the pcb? Anyone come across this before? Or any advice?
    Much appreciated.

    Dont know if this helps but i had this problem about a month ago
    turns out the customer hadn’t tightened the cap enough on the salt pot,Also it may be worth checking for damage to the cap.
