    No model number as yet, customer phoning from work. Thinks it is about three years old and had a set of brushes under warranty.

    Apparently the pre-wash light is flashing all the time and if she tries to start the machine she gets C-ON in the display, any ideas?

    Just tried it on a Beko and it is childlock on
