    Hi All

This machine is blowing R1 on the minisel module – I have resistance and insulation checked the valves and thermostatic actuators on it but can not find anything obviously wrong, the machine will drain and spin happily and all the drying parts work.

Are there any known causes for R1 blowing?
What is the nominal resistance of the thermostatic actuators meant to be?

    Thank you

dont know what R1 feeds but have had short circuit activators blowing board resistors

    disconnect them and try again

R1 was replaced with a higher wattage resistor iirc. I’ll try and dig out the memo from Servis if I can find it. I think it just wasn’t up to the job, no other reason for it blowing.

I would be very interested if you can find it bazza as I have metered the activators and get a reading of 1K to 1.1K through them and 3.5K to 3.9K through each of the valves with perfect insulation readings for all.
