914001128 replaced Water Distributor Dispencer, water inlet valve and now machine displaying code CD (I think as display is not gd) loud intermitent noise from door I think and led lights flashing on Pre-wash, main wash, rinse, rinse- hold, over- dosing and the start button. Beginning to wish I’d just got a new one as cost is mounting. I’d be grateful for any advice.
