Hi, I was hoping to get some advice on the following:
I have a Servis M3102A. It was being used last night when it stopped mid cycle. The drum had drained but clothes were wet. I retrieved them by turning the dial to the red dot and releasing the door.

When I tried to do a new wash the door engages as normal and the power button is illuminated. When I select the wash cycle I hear a heavy click as I normally do but then nothing happens. Normally at this point I would hear running water.

I have pulled out the filter and cleaned it. I have also unplugged the appliance for a while and tried again. Neither helped.

    Any advice gratefully received!

    Thanks
    SB
