    Ten yr old DeLonghi Professional electric fan oven
    When oven is on it does not respond to the temperature gauge – it just gets hotter and hotter until it reaches about 300C then switches off after 30mins.

    I replaced the Oven Thermostat in 2008 – problem resolved issue.
    I replaced the oven thermostat in 2012- problem persists Please help!!! 😐 😐

    Sounds like the thermostat again but I can’t think of any reason that it should fail, especially the same way, so soon after replacement… twice. Very odd.
