I have a Creda Concept Solarspeed mod 48344 where the grill has stopped working completely as a grill. However, when used as the top oven ( different control knob)it works perfectly with the grill elements heating up normally for oven use and the fan running like a dream. Anyone got any ideas ?. I also need an exploded drawing of the cooker if one exists. If I know where to look and how to get in there I can fix it. Can anyone advise please.

    Probably the regulator then.

If you email Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he will be able to direct you to the part if required and, if anyone’s got a blowout drawing for that cooker, he will.

even if you had an exploded diagram it would not help you as you would need wiring details and circuit tracing ability

    most likely problems

    1) door switch there is a door switch on the grill door to switch grill off when door closes from memory think its on the r hand side behind a small square cover

2)grill simmerstat which is the control behind the grill knob

Thanks for the input guys. I have been away so have been unable to answer your posts. Still have the same problem, I have looked for a cutout switch on the grill door and cant find one or the plate you mention Dave can anyone tell me how to get into the back of the panel which holds the control knobs ?, I find exploded diagrams useful for accessing the inside of a machine and right now I don’t have a clue as to how to get into this one where I need to. An electrical circuit diagram would be useful as I would be able to see if there was a thermal cutout somewhere that needs re-setting/ replacing but dont know where to look or how to access the panel. Any advice would help. Thanks
