hand blender fagor

Hi

we have our second fagor turbo hand blender the first one the actual bearing went at the bottom of the mixer foot so we returned it under guarantee, it was replaced ok no problem now the second one has done the same when i took the screws out to look at it i found that the bearing was made from ordinary steel and has rusted away, i do not think that this is acceptable as this part gets submerged in liquid whist mixing and washing , my i have emailed fagor to no avail
can i buy a new mixer foot for this or do i have to SCRAP this one as well
