    Anyone know a source for cheap pt100 temp sensors. Got a couple of Metrahit 16i meters and as far as I can see it has to be this type. I tried taking the cable from a k type sensor and it doesnt seem to work.

    There’s always RS as well, but they start at about £30 there 😮

    Cheers Dave,

    I noticed one of these sites earlier and couldn’t find anything suitable. I can go into RS and get complete K type probes for under a fiver but the pt100’s cost about £28.

    Seems strange that I can go into Argos and buy a half decent multimeter for £23 that comes with the K type probe.

    I supose I will need to fork out £28 for one. 😥

    Will the loose ended lead one do ?
