I am posting here after posting on the fridge/freezer section as I found something that may help all Samsung owners.
SAMSUNG SERVICE MANUALS (all products) are available from…….. http://samsungservicemanual.com/
I received excellent communications from this website.
They offer Service Manuals for ALL Samsung products.. just quote model and serial numbers.
The manual will be sent to your email address within hours of you selecting, paying and then SENDING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS AND MODEL NUMBER VIA EMAIL to address on website.
You do need to send confirmation of your payment as that initiates the pdf files being sent to you.
Good luck to those of you with Samsung problems. I must say that Samsung UK themselves were quite helpful.

A final POSITIVE comment on this…………. I had really excellent help from ANDY of appliancediyrepairs.co.uk, they are Samsung parts sellers. Even though I was not buying from them Andy gave his time on three long emails discussing what the problem/s might be.
