    Been to a Beko WM8127 today Softener and C in display. Fault found to be valve o/c. Reset normal way (hold start button for 5 secs) and all seemed ok.
    Customer called later to say that the same fault has re-occurred. Anyone know if there is a code reset on this machine, if not it’s taken the pcb (nicely cheap I see 😉 )

    no there’s no need to reset as such on that model.
