Indesit W123 error code 2

Hi,

I have an Indesit W123 which goes through the wash cycle until it gets to rinse. It then stops for ages and eventually the dial clicks round continuously with 2 flashes from the light. I go through the reset procedure and get exactly the same results every time.

I read on another site that this code (2 flashes) is motor jammed/tacho problem, but as it manages the wash cycle OK (filling, drum turning and pumping out), I don’t see how it could be this. I replaced the motor brushes a year ago (parts purchased here), so I doubt if they have worn out already.

Any ideas?
