fault reported was no drain and OE showing.replaced drain pump which was running erratically. checked pr bottle and was fine.ran a rinse prog twice before i left no problem.cust did a 95d maintenance wash after i left and rang to say she had no heat and at 12 mins throws up OE again.returned and checked heater which was open circuit.one on order.would faulty heater cause the OE fault to come up.i know tE is the no heat code.paul
