RS21DCNS dead till powered off then on

I can’t find any info about this one on forums. A few months back I replaced the fridge heater, sensor, and fuse. Another guy before me replaced the evap panel. It’s been fine until this week when it decides to die until turned off then on. I’ve had this on the single door frost free where it turned out to be the defrost element. The customer says this is happening every 3 or so hours, which seems short for it to be a defrost cycle. Everthing in freezer read on meter but can anyone tell me what ohms the heater should be reading. To be honest i was in a rush on first visit and hopefully i can go straight for fault on return
