    I have the gritty residue and have tried all the methods suggested ie cleaning rinse aid etc, but on closer inspection I seem to be missing the seal thing attached to the back of the top drawer.
    It is an indesit integrated dishwasher. What is the part called that i need to order and is it easy enough for a female with no idea to fit?

    What’s the model number?

    It sounds like the spray arm pipe seal but not sure without the model number to check it for you.

    I think that’s the part you are after (the seal comes as part of the nut)

    Thanks a lot Dave looks straight forward enough to fit so il but that tomorrow. Il be back if it doesn’t work to see what else I can try.
