    Had a call to look at this today the machine will only run for 5 mins or so on any cycle. At the end of the 5 mins it just beeps as if its finished. If you start it going again it will work ok for another 5 mins.

    Have you tryed getting the alarm codes in diagnostics?
    It could be going off because theres no clothes in dryer, most sensor type dryers will cut out after a few minutes if the detect no damp clothes.

    Hi, No I didnt know you could go into diagnostics on this machine. How can I find out how to do this?
    The machine did have a wet load in when I was there trying it out and it still stopped after 5ish mins.
