    The customer states that the microwave sections cuts out after 2 seconds but the oven heating and pyro cleaning side works fine.
    any advice appreciated.

    Check for cracked magnets on the magnetron

    I’ve looked at the bsh website. it does not look like the regular Panasonic type inverter that Neff, Bosch and Siemens use.as I cant see a HV transformer it must be the inverter type. is the inverter part no; 642781, as its called the relay module on their website.Do you know what the magnetron’s 2M number is? thanks

    The inverter board is part number 708815, mag part number is 642266.
