Was at a Zanussi DE6850 aborting programe with 2 progress lights flashing 2 and 3 and also the 2nd programe light flashing also normal65, it is full of water but if you cancel programe and restart it will drain, i’ve checked error codes but it doesnt semm to help, anybody any clues cheers JJ

This model has that imfamous IWMS side tank so worth taking a look at what state thats in also it was common on these for a dry solder joint to appear under the heater relay on the pcb . Personally I would advise your customer not to bother if it needs any parts as you’ll be opening pandora’s box as this range had a mulitude of problems and revisions which never solved the issue’s it had .
