Eurotec E60FSS cooking symbols/settings missing.

Hello, I am sure this will be childs play to solve for your good selves on here.

I have recently moved into a new flat and the person before me cleaned the oven so well there are no identifying marks left on it.

Through crude research it seems to be a Eurotec E60FSS (?).

Howevcer, can somebody please confirm what these symbols mean, I’m newer to this than you might think (but I can figure out the light etc, mind you no light comes on so the bulb must be gone):

I ask because there is also a digital interface as well as the selection knob.

There is a + and – button alongside a MODE button in the middle, right under the LCD display. There seems to be four MODES and a small rectangle shifts around the corners of the display screen each time it is pressed.

I’ve been left nothing, no manuals etc, and rudimentary research on here suggests I’ll not find anybody with a manual either really.
