CDA WC130 fully integrated dishwasher. Model number: 854549515840

I have replaced the heater and pump housing assembly and all was well for just over two weeks when the original fault reappeared. Machine stops mid cycle. Beeps. Open door and interior is very hot with steam escaping. No water inside, it has pumped out. Run test cycle. Fault code is three flashes. Indicates heater circuit. Given that I have already replaced the heater element can somebody suggest the next step?

I am aware that it may be a temperature sensor? A thermostat? Do you know if there is a thermal cut-out and whether it can be reset?

    Thanks
