Brand new onto this excellent forum..
Have a faulty Zanussi washer dryer WJS 1265W. Blew the house fuses when dryer spinning, smoke and burning smell from inside the empty drum. My wife thinks the error code was E120 but not sure. Could it be anything serious please?

E120 doesn’t sound valid.
