hi guys , looked at this earlier , fridge fine freezer not cold enough – 2 , fan working , defrost heater ok sensor ok , evapoator coil not getting cold though no frost on it , checked evap in fridge and it is fine white frost can barely touch it without finger sticking to it , surely they are coming from the same feed on the compressor ??

Hello Sounds like it is short of refrigerant.
Same compressor – different evaporators.
Sounds like there is only enough to fulfil the fridge requirements.
Otherwise maybe a restricted evap capillary
