    It looks handy stuff I must admit. One application I can immediately apply it to and save money is to buy just one Bosch door boot ( the one with the water pipe fitting on the top). I can then fit it to those Bosch machines without that pipe and just bung up the hole!

    It’s hard to find anything that will stick reliably to the rubber used for door seals. I read a few weeks back when I first read about this stuff that it’s just sawdust and silicone mixed together. Or at least that’s what it was initially; might have refined the recipe a bit since it’s become a major seller.

    I have temporarily rebuilt the sealing lip of a door seal using heat resistant silicone before….. Took a bit of shaping but sealed the 3 inch missing section

    That’s for 8 small blobs. New ideas are always expensinve. It, or something just as good, will be in poundland soon enough.
