    A client purchased this machine, it was brand new graded and ex-display unit from Best Buy via their liquidation clearance. It was bought without any label such as PNC and SN affixed to the oven.

    I am unsure if the oven works as it would not allow you to manually turn the oven on. All lights on, etc but the manual says you can use it manually but clearly it was not happening. Also it needs calibrating which means the oven need to be left for 4 hours to allow it to calibrate.

    What’s on earth for? What are the chances of getting of getting a PNC and SN for the oven to register for warranty?

    Can any guy out there can supply me a number?

    product code is 944181968 production date is 2008 so its not new.

    Tried the pnc. It did not work. I contacted Lux direct in the vain hope they will sort summat out. I doubt this appliance is 4 years old as it is still in circulation and can be bought new from various outlets. I expect it to be no more than 2 years old.
