Have read the forum but couldn’t find an exact match for my problem.Problem – There is water lying on the base inside the fridge under the veg baskets most mornings.
I ran the diagnostic and nothing shows as an error.
I then removed the front inside panels to look for any ice build-up and there was a little ice on the top of the connector for the heater element, but no heavy icing seen. And nothing like the pictures on the repair guide.
This problem has been on-going for 3 months.
Fridge and freezer temperature is perfect and never had any other faults with the unit. Also, I could not work out a way to remove the lowest panel (the one that sits in front of the heater), so I could not check the drain for ice build-up. Which I assume is part of the problem.
I was a bit scared to force the panel as there must be some way to remove it?What parts is needed to fix the problem and how can I get in to check the drain?
Thanks for your help and advice.

Defrost it and try to remove the panel again. It sounds like you have a defrost heater or drain heater fault. When m/c goes into defrost the water is not going down the drain hole but running into the fridge

Thanks guys for the responses.
I can see where the water seems to enter the fridge, its beside an “elongated S shaped” pipe inside the fridge. The pipe has insulating foam covering it. What is this for?
Any guidance to detect where the source of the water is actually coming from?
Will defrost at the weekend and report back.

The s shape is the pre cooling tank for the water dispenser.
Try turning off the water supply to see if the leak stops.Bob
