This has just started to happen.

After the dryer is finished the clothes are all hot and steamy. There is also drops of water coming from the soap drawer.

I’ve had a quick look in the top of the machine with the dryer running and can see the water running through what I assume is the condensing unit okay, I’ve also checked the pump and there seems to be no blockages there.

    Any ideas?

Yep, have you moved the machine recently ? The hoses connected the wrong way round will cause this as the condenser needs cold water to work correctly 😉

Other than that, it could be the fill valve, condenser blockage, pump/filter blockage.

Please pull the plug before attempting any repair yourself :plug:

    hi

    just joined
it seems you may have a problem with the thermal trips located on the top of the dryer element housing there are three one should be resetable(small button on it) you will need a multi meter to check. i had this problem and bought the parts direct from bosch spares . be sure the machine is isolated before checking anything

I dont think that would be the case, Steve as Paul would then have cold and wet washing rather than hot and wet which is definatly a condenser related problem. Some Bosch washer dryes have de fluff programme to clean out the condenser that no one ever uses. Read your instruction book to see if that applies to this model.
